Here are some common questions and answers for helping you to navigate around the FITS site. If you don't see the help you need here, please send us an
email. We'll reply to you as quickly as possible, and we can include your question here to help others.
- What do I do if I forget my password?
- If you entered a valid email address when you filled out your FITS survey, you can have your password automatically emailed to you. Just fill in your username and email address in the space below and click on the submit button.
If you forget your username also, or didn't fill out the survey, send us
email and we'll send you your username and password.
In the meantime, you can continue to use FITS without user authorization by clicking
here.
- Why don't I see any shows listed on the shows page?
- The list of shows is automatically tailored to your user profile. Be sure to select all of the regions you are interested in when you fill out or update your user profile.
- What happens when I reserve space for a show? Is this a secure transaction?
- When you reserve space for a show, or request more information, an email is automatically sent to our sales department with your request and company information. Our sales department will contact you directly with billing information so you don't have to worry about sending credit information over the Internet.
- Do I have to use my username and password every time I visit the FITS site?
- I.T.Direct uses your username and password to store you company profile to make it easier for you to reserve space for our shows. However, you can avoid typing them in every time by setting a bookmark on the FITS home page after you have authorized your access.
